Office is dumpy and professionalism is lacking. After booking appt 1 week prior, I arrived on time and was told by the receptionist the appt was canceled. I guess Randy had me on his calendar but didn't tell the assistant he needed it canceled, and she has a separate calendar? Thanks for not calling me when you had my number. Gonna move on to a psychologist.

Dr. Linnell ("Randy") has saved our marriage and is helping our older teenager with anxiety issues. He's fees are very reasonable and he truly cares about his patients. Don't be fooled--his office is messy and he seems to not have a specific point during his sessions, but he helps couples find unity and love. We greatly appreciate what he is doing for us.
