Buyer beware-- this company invoiced my business for product we didn't receive. They will not reimburse us stating the shipping weight reflects we received the product. WE DIDN'T EVEN ORDER IT. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. They back ordered an item I did order and now won't send us the back ordered product because it doesn't meet their minimum order amount. The customer service person who handled my calls interrupted me and was quite unpleasant. We will be purchasing products elsewhere after being taken for $$. This is after 6 year... read more
