A dental visit at Dr Westerberg's office is always a pleasure in spite of the reason for the visit. The staff is wonderful, friendly, welcoming and professional. Love the neck wraps and the hand wax!!
Everyone was, as always, very welcoming and caring about me as a patient. The only thing I would like to suggest as a change, is to have the staff go back to wearing more cheerful tops (rather than all black) which seem a better fit the office's cordial and relaxed atmosphere. PS I sure do like having the "Mendonoma Sightings" book to look through when sitting in the waiting room! :•)
This was the roughest cleaning I have ever had at your office, my gums were stabbed several times and my gums are in pretty good shape (I am a very regular flosser) but I left with my gums feeling bruised and sensitive for a couple of days. This was very unusual for the care I normally receive in your office.
Love coming to my dentists appts! It's almost like a trip to the spa with the parrafin treatments and scented neck pillows. Love you all!

With each visit they are all welcoming and comforting. The phone calls we recieve prior to each visit are very professional and welcoming as well. Very professional staff in all regards, and I believe I have met them all. Thank you! I would recommend them to anyone! They are the best!
