Everyone was very friendly, the experience not so friendly.. I understand I had 4/5 cavities done, but overall I thought the procedure was aggressive and not pleasant at all to say the least. I have had cavities filled in the past, this experience was difficult and don't recall it being like that before.

I am concerned that your bp cuff may not be working correctly. Kim took my bp several times which included switching arms. At all times it was very different that anytime I can ever remember. One time it is 105 over something below 90 and another time 94 over another low #. It concerned me enough that on the way home I stopped at CVS to check it again (realizing that their machine may also be screwy). This time is was 140 over 115 which is very much in the range that I have always been in. So maybe the battery was dying?
Danielle did a fine job of cleaning my teeth and checking out the broken tooth. She was concerned for my comfort in many ways and i think she is a good member of your team. Thank you for getting me in so quickly concerning the broken tooth. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Hedayati today, but their office was closed. Thank you for everything.

Hygienist was great! She always makes me feel informed and has my best interest in mind. I really trust her opinion. She's wonderful.
As you well know, I adore each and every person in the whole office and will recommend anyone and everyone to y'all. Five so far! Just don't get SO busy that you won't have time for me ;)
