It was my first visit to Dr. Westerberg’s office, I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years and was a little nervous. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. My hygienist was Danielle, she was wonderful and gentle with my cleaning and we had a great conversation! She offered me a hot neck rap and if you want you can dip your hands in parfiagne wax. Dr.Westerberg and her team are absolute professional that perform at the highest level of patient care .. I love that everyone knows my name and makes me feel like my teeth are their highest priority.
We are happy to be back at Dr. Westerberg's office after having moved away for a while. They are very friendly and professional and make sure that you feel comfortable while the dental work is being done.
I had my second appointment with Dr. Westerberg yesterday; she replaced some old fillings and whitened my teeth. I wish I had done this years ago--my teeth looks great and the process was easy. Since I've started going to Dr. Westerberg I now enjoy seeing the dentist (previously it felt like an ordeal). Yes, sometimes it can be uncomfortable when the dentist is working on a tooth, even with Dr. Westerberg, but I honestly can't imagine it getting any better than this, and this is pretty darn terrific! Incredibly warm and friendly practice. Immediately puts you at ease -- and pampering with warm scented neck wrap and paraffin hand treatment!
Had to ask Courtney to clean the plaque a bit more after her round of cleaning. Dr. W. seemed distracted and barely spoke. I sense something unusual was going on and staff was trying to be a cheerful as possible.
Love this office! This was my first visit and I felt like a queen. Everyone was super friendly, the office was clean and put-together, and I felt well cared for.
