Linnea is the best realtor out there and by far the best one we have ever had! She was on top of things every step of the way and kept us informed after every showing as to any feedback. She sent us emails on how things were moving in the area and the prices things were selling for as the market was changing rapidly. Linnea nailed it. As our realtor, she had to do some heavy lifting as we had to move out of the house and across the country prior to sale. Her communication skills were essential and she kept us fully informed and coordinated much of the pre and post sale needs, keeping the distance of a remote sale from becoming an issue in any way.
