I was in the drive-through at Starbucks on White Bear Avenue and plowing truck from this company almost rammed into me. I honked my horn continuously, I had no idea he would reverse that fast and at that speed in a DRIVE THRU
I brought my car through a carwash owned by Linn Company (Holiday gas stations) and my vehicle was damaged. I reported it to the location manager right away, and he told me it wasn’t his problem and to contact corporate. When I contacted Linn Company, they immediately denied my claim and refused to accept responsibility. Their response was dismissive and showed they put corporate protection ahead of customer care. Joke of a company. They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. Idk how this is even a company. Second hand embarrassment for all these poor reviews about their horrible and lack of professionalism.
