They outsource billing to the Philippines. You cannot speak to anyone locally. In my case, I’ve called twice because they never sent my bill to my insurance company for processing.

Billing department is extremely rude just for a simple thing like setting up a payment arrangement. We will avoid using using Mercy’s ER ever again because of this. I don’t know how they think it’s ok to talk to people in such a way.
