She is the worst healthcare provider that Samaritan behavior health has. She doesn't speak English very well to begin with and is very hard to understand and she would ask me questions after question about my healthcare history even though all information she needs is right in front of her in my file. She wouldn't refill my Topamax even though I had been on this medication for years and it's very dangerous to just stop cold turkey. I'm done with this place they have gone to hell
