I finally just packed my stuff and left. Need I say more?These people are liars and crooks. There is nothing good about linkwood Manor. Smoke-free? All I could smell was weed. New features in the apartments? Like I said they are liars there's nothing new about anything in the apartments. In the three years I was there I got sprayed for bugs two times. Do not move here. Anybody can make a picture look good. They tell us to contact management, there is no way to contact management. Even the stray dogs left.
I really don't recommend this residence because the staff doesn't like to do repairs. The photos you see are recent. I've been begging them for 15 days to replace the water heater and fix that leaking water, but they still charged me the rent. They don't fix things, but they still collect the rent, and the secretary won't give me her boss's number.
