Bad, rude service. Unprofessional and incompetent in dealing with your HOA management. They won't be around for long, but its best to avoid.
LINKS is a very good company to help HOA’s with property management. They provide great service at very good prices. Andrea is an excellent property manager who is extremely knowledgeable about HOA’s, the laws and financials. She has always been there we I needed her help with questions, issues, jobs needing to be done and helping me as the HOA president with specific needs. I would highly recommend LINKS as a property management company for any HOA.
Where do I begin. After having a ROWCAL debacle we switched to Diversified. Then all of a sudden ROWCAL buys Diversified and we were right back where we were, in the toilet. My board found Links and we couldn't be happier. Engagement and a true sense of ownership when assisting with the efficiency of my HOA. Having a local management company makes all the difference in the world. We took some hits from past companies and are now safe with a local invested partner.
