Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve left longer posts on this place and somehow, they’ve always been deleted. So coming to Google reviews where it’ll stay. Roach infested like nowhere I’ve ever been. I lived in 3 different apartments here (the Links) as a grad student and every app was infested with roaches. Management did nothing about it. Not once. They just don’t care, plain and simple. Will be the worst decision you ever make if you move here. Read the other reviews and see for yourself.
They will nickel and dime you every second, no utilities are included in the rent, you have to outsource your power bill and WiFi. The maintenance is outrageously under par as well the quality of the apartments. The pictures posted in advertisements are lies, it’s not even remotely as nice as the pictures. Scratches and dents everywhere as soon as I moved in, ceiling fan didn’t work, stove top was broke and I was the one that had to fix it. I would give zero stars if possible.
Lease started on June 5th 2024Moved in on June 12th. I walk in to find the whole place covered in paint overspray. The worst smell of mold and an apartment that is so filthy I can’t even stay in it. I was leaving for a week, so I explained when I would be back. They didn’t clean it up like they said. It was cleaned about like you would expect if your 3 year old was told to clean and you then ect them to do it. The stove is rusted out and the dishwasher is full of black mold.
