The management has been extremely unprofessional. I submitted an application with a requested move-in date of August 1st, but they changed it multiple times without notifying me. Their representatives are difficult to communicate with and seem to struggle with basic English. They don't have time to show the apartment online. I send someone to check their housing and he said their kitchen amenities are so old fasioned. Do not rent here. I have picked edges of the carpet tac-strips out of my foot multiple times now. This place is falling apart and they won't fix it.
Below par maintenance, bee hives, unkept lawns (they mowed once a month last summer) outrageous water and power bills, trash lying around constantly; the back half has turned into a cat shanty town. At last I counted it was around 11-12 feral and aggressive cats. It takes an act of congress to get the simplest things done (like a bath stopper..) Beware, management company has a predatory towing scheme with a local company, Apex Towing. No signs what so ever warning of being towed or company that is contracted to tow if you are deemed improperly parked.
Do not rent here.
