My granddaughters friend lives here and the staff is very nice thank you guys so much
Course Fairways were about the only decent thing about the course. Greens covered ball divots. No one enforcing pace of play. (Group of 3 stuck behind a single). Multiple golfers playing the wrong holes. No water cups for the jug of water. Front desk associate needs might have the worst attitude I have seen. Smart remarks and gets easily triggered. As a resident. I haven't had any problems. I don't have a dangerous location to the golf course, but as a golfer, I've had my share of hitting apartments, and I'm very sorry. It's scary. The course is small, this amount of traffic should be an 18-hole course. It's challenging. It's fun. PLEASE KEEP YOUR GOLF PARTY TO 4 PEOPLE MAX. It's a SMALL COURSE. UPDATE July 1st, STILL NO POOL OPEN. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE IS MEGA MEAN ABOUT IT. JERKS UPDATE JULY 3RD. Golf course has the worst carts, down to 15. The pool is finally open.... read more
I was just called and accused of having someone living with me that's not living with me, and she threatened me with eviction. Couldn't even provide proof. As a property manager myself, I would be very wary of renting from a company that makes up issues like this. Major red flags from Millie, she is dishonest and has a bad attitude. Maybe she has a bad personal life but it's reflected in her work, and as a tenant, you will suffer for it. Very unfortunate.
