As a property manager myself, I would be very wary of renting from a company that makes up issues like this. Major red flags from Millie, she is dishonest and has a bad attitude. Maybe she has a bad personal life but it's reflected in her work, and as a tenant, you will suffer for it. Very unfortunate.
