Horrible experience, Just got off the phone with Cannessa, one of their employees in the lease office. Absolutely atrocious customer service, her main point not to do what was asked was because, “ She wants to avoid the headache”. Unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. If you enjoy being disrespected by the people you’re giving money to, then sign right up with Lindsey.
Walkable and clean complex. Good choice for first apartment.
Tried to pay my rent twice on Friday while their system was down and charged a late fee the following Monday around lunch time. No apology for the inconvenience on my end and pointed this out to the person I spoke with. I could not be more disappointed in their lack of empathy.
