If you value transparency, fair pricing, and being treated with respect as a tenant, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. After over a year of living in this complex, I can confidently say that dealing with the management company has been one of the most frustrating parts of my experience. Lease terms are structured in such a way that if you don’t lock into another full-year contract, you’re subjected to significant monthly upcharges—well over $250 in my case.
