I was unable to be released from the links. when I moved to Reno Nv for medical reasons. (I am disabled vet from the USMC) I was unable to a apartment there do to the management. I lived at the Links since Sept 2004 and my brother John Johnson was still there paying the rent. Forced to live in a motel.
It's an okay place. It is clean and fairly nice, however I only give it two stars because the management kept writing me up for things I did not do such as throwing cigarette buds down on the ground. I don't even smoke. Then one weekend I left to see my mom and came back to a note on my door about a grill that was left out. I didn't even own a grill at the time. I kept having to go back in the office and explain it was not me. I just wish the management would have known for a fact who was doing these things before accusing m... read more
I lived in the Links for two years. Throughout the year there were A LOT of issues with the apartment. Apartments are suppose to keep up with the maintenance and construction. My apartment had nothing but annoying issues happen all the time. The garbage disposal was not fixed until after 5 months and the dishwasher.. well, let's just say it never got used. let me start off by saying im from dallas tx but i lived in ft smith back in '99 my very first apt was at THE LINKS,i was so proud of this being my first apt,and also in my opion one of the prettiest properties in ft.smith (for apts) NOW IM BACK IN DALLAS,just want to know how come there is not a proper web site for these apts??
