She said I have 7 days to vacate the property, unfair and dishonest people I was approved even with my background, they knew about it from the beginning but lied and also said I left my app mostly blank which is not true, they are scammers here and just want the money. You give a vocal, 30 day notice that you’re not resigning and leaving, but they still somehow report saying I owed 4k? Nah trash management, trash office, trash complex. If you like ghetto, gun shots, high speed chases through the parking lot, this is your new home.
I really wish there was a way to leave zero stars. This place was in no way move in ready. In fact, I really don't think it was cleaned. Mold, pubic hair from the previous tenant, and all types of unknown filth were all over every inch of the place. The ice maker was so nasty that it spit out yellow ice. Both showers were clogged with tons of hair. When maintenance tickets are placed, they do nothing. Do not live here!

Very quickly responsive maintenance, apartments are well built. There IS an issue of flies in the apartment that I suspect are coming from the drains, but other than that, the place looked really nice. Any issues I’ve had with appliances or otherwise, submitting a ticket through the app is easy and maintenance has come out and fixed every issue we’ve had.
