When I moved in there was roaches, apartment wasn’t clean, carpets heavily stained, paint missing from walls, and holes all over the walls. When I moved out, I had got carpet cleaning done, had the roaches removed, and left it in better condition than I moved in. They failed to show up to my apartment move-out inspection, and then didn’t refund my full deposit, claiming the carpets had to be cleaned, and walls repainted. I only got $100 of the refund back. Definitely look elsewhere for apartments!!

Unsafe, unmaintained, but has quick response times. In my 5 months of living here, upon move in, was greeted with black mold all over the bedroom window, also paint was peeling off the walls. Then was quickly met with a German Roach problem, after voicing my concerns, the exterminator was called quickly, but they only sprayed my apt. Making the problem only lessen, but not go away. Literally the worst place I have ever lived. They tried forcing me into a renewal lease after giving them written notice I would not be renewing, had to get my lawyer involved after I got an email about renewing. There was apparently a paper I had to sign to not renew?? I am an assistant property manager elsewhere and thoroughly read my lease and nowhere in it does it state I must do so.
