Unsafe, unmaintained, but has quick response times. In my 5 months of living here, upon move in, was greeted with black mold all over the bedroom window, also paint was peeling off the walls. Then was quickly met with a German Roach problem, after voicing my concerns, the exterminator was called quickly, but they only sprayed my apt. Making the problem only lessen, but not go away. Literally the worst place I have ever lived. They tried forcing me into a renewal lease after giving them written notice I would not be renewing, had to get my lawyer involved after I got an email about renewing. There was apparently a paper I had to sign to not renew?? I am an assistant property manager elsewhere and thoroughly read my lease and nowhere in it does it state I must do so. Melinda claimed I didn't tell them about my background when I first applied. I did. She said I have 7 days to vacate the property, unfair and dishonest people I was approved even with my background, they knew about it from the beginning but lied and also said I left my app mostly blank which is not true, they are scammers here and just want the money.
