I've requested maintenance for my air conditioner several times and it's never been resolved. I have to sleep in the heat. Thank you.
I wanted to move to this property. Had an issue with the app process. Been trying to call this complex for 2 weeks, left voicemails and emailed. Decided to apply elsewhere. The unprofessionalism is ridiculous and is a clear indicator of how this property manages.
There were errors in my lease. I went to the office to discuss them and the manager (Nicolette) said I don’t want to deal with you today can you come back another day. I said no since I have to take off work to talk to them. She took copies of my questions and said they would like into them and let me know. That was a month ago and I still never heard from anyone.
I must say I just moved in and no complaints at all. The unit looked better than I could ever imagine. The move in was smooth no issues or complaints. I would definitely recommend this complex
Today I toured Links at Citiside and was helped by Bianca. She was very very nice and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave so much info on the property. Update: New property management has taken over the apartments and it is absolutely horrible. No maintenance team, trash everywhere, homeless people everywhere, no security as the previous owners provided, no communication from whoever is in the office, I’ve been without a working ac for months and whoever the new manager is refuses to communicate with me... read more
