Today I toured Links at Citiside and was helped by Bianca. She was very very nice and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave so much info on the property. Update: New property management has taken over the apartments and it is absolutely horrible. No maintenance team, trash everywhere, homeless people everywhere, no security as the previous owners provided, no communication from whoever is in the office, I’ve been without a working ac for months and whoever the new manager is refuses to communicate with me... read more
I toured Citiside with Xavier and he was impressive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions genuinely and with transparency. I was grateful for his professionalism.
Xavier was a huge help and incredibly friendly, I enjoyed the tour and the apartments look great!
I attempted to reach someone in the leasing office for well over 20 minutes, but to no avail. A resident of your community was attempting to pay rent and both account numbers, one from a receipt in March and thr other given the day before by someone in the leasing office, were both invalid. No one answered the phone, Arlo the virtual assistant is annoying, and I could not even leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full.
