Things in the unit need to be fixed. The bathroom sink is rusty. Laminated floor is coming up and a tripping hazard.
Shootings here every other weekend. Cars get broken into or stolen. Residents drink outside late at night and leave their beer bottles in the lot and on the grass. Management has changed every year since 2022. Maintenance takes 3-5 business days to tend to requests. Office staff is very rude. Outdated apartments rent increases every year with no update to the units. If you work a 9-5 you can’t use the gym because it closes at 5pm and is not open on sundays. Pool is never open. I’m very disappointed with the maintenance service at Linkside Apartments. I reported an issue with my conventional dryer several days ago. Maintenance came but said they didn’t have the necessary part, and since then, nothing has been resolved. It has now been 4 days without a working dryer, which is extremely inconvenient.
