If I could give zero I would. If you plan on doing a lease transfer, don’t even consider this place. Maintenance generally was fine, but had a bad experience with them during the later term of our lease, where they didn’t fix the leak. Please look at any other place. 0 stars! Your deposit will be used to replace everything, even if it’s not broken. don’t expect to get it back. There were roaches that kept coming back no matter how clean we kept the apartment.

Had a year long lease everything’s was bad. Maintenance never fixed anything they said they did. The lease transfers were super difficult and didn't go through rent is way higher than it should be and they're incredibly difficult to work with(not the workers themselves just the rules and procedures they follow). Also they give it the landlord special paint over everything and it smelled like cigarette smoke Very bad experience deserves 0stars.

Have had a mold and mildew issue for the past 2 weeks due to a leak by a neighbor . Maintenance man came in and painted over it, when I showed him what the mold looked like he claimed it was dust even though it obviously was mold. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors for weeks to the point it attracts flies in the entry way and leaves mysterious liquids to dry in this summer heat causing a smell. Rent is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Can’t wait to move out. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSEY MANAGEMENT

If I could rate 0 stars I wouldn’t even rate it that. Neighbors leave trash bags on top of trash bags on top of trash bags at their door for WEEKS, fumes the whole apartment complex, starts leaking down where you have to walk under, and bring rats to the complex. I couldn’t even make it a full month at this place. Washer and dryers from the late 1900s that don’t get fixed, just patched up to last you a week, if that. If you’re looking into it, I suggest looking elsewhere.
