Removed our advanced booking without telling us. Desk person was less than helpful or sympathetic.
My group booked a tee time three weeks in advance and they cancelled the day we were supposed to golf. The management was really mean about the whole situation and not helpful at all. Please go anywhere else these people only care about making money.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is completely uninhabitable and unsafe. Management has shown time and time again that they are either unwilling or unable to protect their tenants or respond appropriately to serious concerns. I’ve had multiple experiences where I felt unsafe in my own home due to disturbing behavior from neighbors, several of which required police involvement.
