would not recommend renting here based on my experience. My mother and I completed a lease takeover and were told that because it was a lease takeover, we were required to accept the apartment “as is.” However, no one should be expected to move into a unit in the condition we found ours. When we arrived, the apartment had a strong odor of animal urine and feces, food was still left in the refrigerator, and items that management had previously stated would be removed were still in the unit. Beautiful little golf course. Very well kept and has some challenging holes that can really help improve your game. This has become my go to spot the last 6 months and I'm proud to be a regular here. Well done guys!! Keep up the great work you all are doing to make this course great again and thank you for all you guys do!
