I see from other positive reviews, my excellent experience in calling Linker (lucky first choice, completely by chance) is not an isolated situation. Delwayne, while unavailable to take on appraising my home purchase, took the time to talk through the plausible reasons securing an appraiser was becoming a challenge. Also took the time to review a variety of relevant factors, and was professional and pleasant. I would absolutely consider Linker Appraisal in the future.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I am a regular joe who just happened to not be able to get an appraisal on a home I intended to buy and no one could tell me why an appraiser wouldn't go out there. On a whim I started calling independent appraisers to try to get some answers.
