It appears that appointments may be prioritized, as my son and I were informed we would be served next after three individuals, only to have another party accommodated before us. Subsequently, service was declined. This situation presents a concern. We quickly departed after denied service.

Got my hair cut done today by Michael. I’m bad at explaining what I want but gave him a rough idea of what I usually get and he rolled with it and I walked out with a great cut. Real good vibe in the shop as well.

The haircut itself was decent (barber was LC chair upfront), but overall I left feeling disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and didn’t start until 11:40. I was in and out of the chair in about 35 minutes, and the service felt rushed. I booked the “VIP” package, which included a hair wash, but that portion of the service wasn’t done. Was needing a haircut and someone who could work with my weird hairline. Isaac was absolutely terrific. super polite, professional, and personable. Had a great time getting to know him and he did a fantastic job working with my hair and was exactly what I was looking for/needing.
