I visited for the first time in the middle of the day to have a silver jump hoop added to a bracelet I’ve had for 20 years. I wanted to regift the bracelet while visiting, as I live out of state. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and eager to assist. She did an excellent job, and the price was very reasonable. I’m extremely satisfied and plan to return to have bracelets made for myself, my daughter, and my sister during future visits. Mia at Por Vida is such an angel. I had called because I had gotten a permanent bracelet in austin years ago and had a link that was a bit warped. Mia was able to fix it in record time, she said she couldn't get it perfect, but I disagree I think its just as good as the day I got it. She went over the entire bracelet to make sure there were no other links that needed to be adjusted. She was so friendly and the process was super quick and efficient, I will definitely be back to get another bracelet and necklace in the future!
Absolutely love this place!! They are always so sweet to my girls! We have visited here multiple times and have never had an issue. Mia and Gloria do great work and always treat my babies like family!!
