If you are looking for progress, don’t go here. I have been attending this gym for the past year, and I have seen the same people doing the same classes, over and over again. For several hundred dollars mind you, and I haven’t seen anyone progress. Like at all. And these are all simple movements. Like body weight. Other considerations: -no key fab.
