Stevi is awesome and absolutely heart warming! She has the best warranty around for anyone wanting permanent jewelry. She is so friendly and treats all her clients with kindness and like family! I always send anyone looking for permanent jewelry her way because she is so damn good! You will not regret it.
I’ve been a customer since I got hooked last year when I visited Stevi’s booth at the state fair. Once you start it’s hard to stop, I have added more than a few since then! She has a great selection of chains and charms. Her and her employees are always happy and eager to help. Chasey is great! The best part is the lifetime warranty, I don’t know of anywhere else that offers such a deal. This is the only place I’ll get my permanent jewelry now.
My mother and I wanted permanent jewelry while she was in town. Stevi and her crew are swamped getting ready for the state fair. She so kindly had sweet Chasey open up for us not once, but twice!!! Hands down the best customer service and we will most definitely be back. We walked in for 2 pieces of permanent jewelry and we left with 6 pieces. WARNING!!! It’s highly addictive!! The store is beautiful as well!
Gorgeous jewelry and Stevie was so sweet! She really helped me pick the best charm for the chain I picked. LOVE and highly recommend!
She has a great life time warranty if you can find her and get your jewelry repaired. I got two bracelets, one for myself and a friend, and they both broke in less than a month. Her business is Newcastle so if you live nearby it's no issue, otherwise you have to hope you can find her when you're free. No refunds either, so $140 that doesn't last a month is not worth it.
