I’ve been a customer since I got hooked last year when I visited Stevi’s booth at the state fair. Once you start it’s hard to stop, I have added more than a few since then! She has a great selection of chains and charms. Her and her employees are always happy and eager to help. Chasey is great! The best part is the lifetime warranty, I don’t know of anywhere else that offers such a deal. This is the only place I’ll get my permanent jewelry now.
I’ve had multiple experiences with Stevi and, her employees within this year. Each time has been very satisfactory. We’ve had bracelets adhered, as well as most recently, piercings. Stevi soldered a new link to a bracelet that wasn’t even from the shop - and she did it right on the spot. I highly recommend her services!
I got a permanent bracelet on Saturday. I came in like 20 min before close. She was all packed up but eagerly helped me anyway!! I love my bracelet so much.
So so many options it’s hard to choose from! I had a couple bracelets previously that fell off the they reattached them for free, they weren’t even originally bought here! Of course had to get another. A little on the expensive side but 100% worth it. Especially with a lifetime guarantee. Will definitely be back. Thank you ladies!
I would give it a zero if I could. My daughter and I went to her at the AOH and her sign said $15 an inch for chains. We picked a chain was never told it was more expensive. When we were done two bracelets ended up being almost $500. When I asked why, she said because the chains were $35 an inch! I was shocked to say the least!
