I've been to Linked a handful of times for permanent jewelry and have had a positive experience every time! The owner Kim is extremely skillful, knowledgeable, and friendly; and Emily is so patient, diligent, and professional. Recently, I had a resizing concern with one of my bracelets, and the team was extremely accommodating and helpful in addressing it. I showed up today on a whim and was warmly welcomed for a permanent bracelet consultation and application. A lot of care and attention was proved to ensure I was happy with the bracelet I selected, how it fit, and how it looked compared with my other bracelets. I truly enjoyed the experience, walking around the rest of the shop, and sampling the jewelry cleaner they sell! Definitely will be back and recommend you visit if you are interested in permanent bracelets/anklets/etc.
Emily has such a grounded, knowledgeable presence and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal ✨ She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and truly passionate about what she does. My permanent jewelry came out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Emily was AMAZING!! My good friend is moving to Scotland and we decided to get permanent “friendship” bracelets….we took forever picking out the chain! Emily was not only extremely patient but very knowledgeable. She was very inviting and made the whole experience that much more memorable. I would highly recommend this place if you were thinking about getting permanent jewelry!!
