Be more about the employees and not the client. Thats how agencies are these days, *the client said that you cant come in cause you missed a day*....vs *the client wants to release you from the assignment but do you have something showing you was sick or couldnt make it in for us to show them*. Some things are not in the employees control....
Great agency... They keep me working!... And with good pay!
