Now that we’ve closed on our beautiful new home, I feel comfortable sharing this review. I didn’t want any repercussions after dealing with Jennifer on a previous attempt to buy. I’d leave zero stars if I could but I’m forced to leave one. Jennifer was the realtor for a house my husband and I wanted to purchase. We actually signed the paperwork and waited while she misled our agent and dragged out the process about why her sellers weren’t signing (she gave multiple bogus excuses). Jen and Nic are an awesome team! They went above and beyond to walk my husband and I through our first-time home buying experience. They were super professional and patient when answering all of our questions (there were quite a few). They also were quick to respond and made sure either they or someone from their team was ready to help us or show us a house. First and foremost I want to thank Matt Johnson. I think I was given the best realtor. We worked well together to get this house. He was on top of his game the entire way. If you are a veteran I totally recommend this company. You have to do your part and stay on top of everything to get things expediated. Again thank you Matt.
It was a great experience to work with Nic and the Link Real State team. Nic took the time to answer all our questions. He is very responsive and kind. We visited a few homes, and he helped us to find my dream house (Victorian era but fully renovated inside). We appreciated all Nic's recommendations/connections, and so far we also had a great experience with the professionals he has recommended us.
Jen and Nic were do great to work with! They were super helpful throughout the entire process with several unusual complications that arose and were very flexible with scheduling showings and phone discussions!
