Took my son to see Dr. Jay after he injured his shoulder in football. My son was not listening to myself, my husband or the orthopedic dr. (Since he is 14) Not only did Dr. Jay know his stuff, he reinforced the things we had been telling him he HAD to do to get better. Would highly recommend!
Jay at Link Physical therapy is a very kind, patient and caring man. He is very easy to talk to. He took time to listen to my concerns. He did a great job helping me understand how my neck and spine work. Through hands-on treatments he was able to assess the issue. Jay provided me with a few home exercises that have helped relieve the pain and tight muscles in my neck and I now have a better range of motion. In only 4 sessions I have improved tremendously! I’d highly recommend his services to anyone.
I had been in constant pain with my back for 7 weeks. Went to my first appointment, and I cried because for the first time in 7 weeks I was pain free!!!! Have been pain free ever since. Highly recommend him!!!!
Jay is great to work with! I had consistent pain in my upper shoulder/neck area for 2 months straight and after 2 appointments with Jay I feel almost back to normal. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix the problem.
