My first experience using LINK was great! The best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They were the only local pharmacy who was able to fulfill my prescription. I had the pleasure of talking to Brandon who gave the best customer service. Would recommend over and over again.
Every time I needed to refill my estradiol patch, my current pharmacy (CVS) was always out of stock. My doctor in San Clemente referred me to Linck Pharmacy, and the process couldn’t have been easier. They received my prescription, and I called just to confirm everything since it was my first time using them. I have been using Link Pharmacy for the last 3 1/2 years. Their customer service is UNMATCHED!!!! The staff there are amazing from Brandon, Don, Sharon, and the girls that answer the phone and sit at the front counter. If there is ever an issue with my medications they work hard to resolve it immediately and make sure I’m satisfied. They work quickly on the Prior Authorizations, find coupon cards for my really expensive medications. If a medication is not covered by my insurance they work out an affordable cash price for me.... read more
