Our aging air conditioner unit died unexpectedly during a late season heat wave. We called the Link team up and asked them to come out to evaluate our existing unit. Based on our conversation, it was determined that a new system was the best course of action due to the age and depth of issues with my existing systems. This review is primarily regarding the customer service with Link. In 2022 Precision Mechanical (Now Link mechanical services, Inc.) installed a new furnace in my home. The installation went great the technicians did a great job. Today 11/3/2025 I contacted Link with heating issues. I was originally chatting with customer service in an online chat which went fine. Scheduling left a little to be desired. First installation was rescheduled at the last minute due to unavailable installers. Actual ( second) was on time but electrician wasn’t scheduled and had to be rescheduled for a third date Vic and Tomasso were fantastic. Very polite and neat. Cleaned up everything before they left
