Link to the rescue! Woke up to no hot water on Thursday and by Friday afternoon a new water heater installed and good to go. Eric and Tomasso did an excellent job. Communication with Jeff, Katie and Suzanne was efficient and very helpful. Once again we are very satisfied with Link .
