I'm elated they sold this property, we finally have a new landlord. Ive been in business for 7 years, and truly never dealt with a company that truly doesn't care about the customer, literally 0. When Link logistics took over this property, everything was a nightmare. Blackstone owns this company and they train their employees on the real estate side to give 0 consideration to customers. If possible stay away, but with Blackstone acquiring so many properties it may be difficult.
Pay attention to what you sign on. Don't expect any consideration.
They are pathetic and have a worse administration. I won't recommend anyone to lease out with them. They are technically thieves. They would do anything to keep on extra charging you and won't respond.
Do not EVER deal with this company. They refuse to return my security deposit from a commercial property even though they approved the refund. They made up an extra charge in order to keep the deposit and now it is going to court. They are thieves!
