like so many agencies Link started off on a great foot. Hassan, the coordinator I was working with was wonderful and very responsive. When I called to report an issue I was having with an aide I was told he was out for 2 weeks. No one has been covering his cases annd I have been unable to contact anyone at the agency for a month.. When they switch me to someone I get a message that I cannot leave a voicemail. My managed care provider and I have left messages for Fara who is a a supervisor but never heard back. . The 2 females at the front desk are mean and nasty didn’t want to help me I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to link home care
