The reception staff is also very customer service oriented, ensuring that I felt safe and comfortable visiting during the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend this office and staff for your auditory needs in Kitsap county.

I had a positive experience during my daughters appointment. Very kind and attentive staff. They were incredibly patient and calm while working with my two year old daughter who wasn’t being so cooperative. It made me feel very secure at this office and that my daughter was in good hands!
Dr. Grolley and Dr. Souza were absolutely fantastic, I just couldn't ask any better for the help I got from both. I travelled all way from Scotland and cochlear implant broken down, I tried to find the place that could help and I was told to use Link Audiology through Cochlear Americas. They took all their time out, tried to get new cochlear implant processor sent over, got it all running.
