The on site team at Link Manchester is OUTSTANDING! This building simply wouldn’t be the respite from chaotic living without Karla, Desmond Victoria, Charlotte, Lisa and DeVaughn. Our building is a great place to live!
I have been living here since August 2025. I never had any previous issues with noise from my neighbors. Ever since my new upstairs neighbors moved in, it has been constant noise, I have reached out to management and even corporate about this and their “recommendation” is that I move out or move to another apartment within the complex which makes no sense since I have been here without issue. Great place to live. I had a few minor maintenance requests over the past year, and the maintenance team especially Devaughan Moore has been very responsive and excellent in getting things fixed.
DeVaughan was very professional and very quick. The maintenance is always very responsive and thorough
One of the managers here are so unprofessional and disgustingly rude when it comes to customer service.
