I lived here for a year and it was an okay experience. They have garage parking, which is secured by a rolling gate - my car was never broken into and overall it was relatively safe. There is a courtesy guard as well, but when I called the number, it didn’t connect. Downtown is a short walk away and the property is well maintained. However, when I moved in, my dishwasher was dirty, which took a while for them to clean, but otherwise maintenance was prompt to respond to everything when I put in a work order. Experience was pretty standard. I felt like they always felt the need to come into our apartments for “maintenance” and when I moved out I left some bathroom items behind and asked if they could mail it to me and they said no so that was inconvenient but overall the experience was good.
I have been a resident for over a year now. The Link Apartments Brookstown is a wonderful place to live! I have lived under different properties before in Winston and Link is hands down the most clean, efficient, and friendly community I have stayed. Samantha, Dani, and Lauren all in the front office are very kind and informative, and always available to help when needed!
