Tiana, and especially Paola, have turned out to be an incredible help building the community. The resident communications, events, and overall experience has been incredible. When I compare living here to other properties, I just wish I'd moved here sooner. I did the deepest dive into West Seattle pricing for buildings, floorplans, and all of it, they won out. Every opportunity they have had to help me, they have stepped up. I have been recommending this location to anyone moving, and I'll continue to.
Resident here for 3 years now. Writing this review to highlight the new management team Paola, Tiana, and even maintenance guys Anthony and Luis have been great!
I moved in a couple of weeks back. I’ve had a few issues and most seem to be with the management. The building itself is ok. When I moved in there was a gross smell in the lobby, not sure if they switched cleaning chemicals but it seems to be fixed. The building owners seem to be doing the right thing to bring the building back into better condition. It’s a lot of inconvenience to the residents but I think it will be worth it in the long term. Replacing the carpets should go a long way toward fixing the smell in the hallways... read more
They want a resident to pay 175.00$monthly for parking, A HARD NO!smh! & people are going for it is the REAL KICKER!
