The communication throughout the leasing process was extremely frustrating and inefficient. From finding a renter for my rental. To contracts and PaperWorks, it was all flawless. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. He’s taking care of business because I don’t want to. It’s been a year and a half now. At the year mark renewed the contract. Did a walk-through filed pictures of the inside of the house so like I said all is well.
I had to reach out to Jeff several times for issues with neighboring tenants. He was responsive, via text and email, even at later hours of the night which I appreciated. Appropriate follow up actions were taken towards those tenants too, which I think is even more important.
3 years as a tenant I really recommend Link&Link !!!
