Fantastic service with both Ronnie & Jeff Link. I bought my first home through them about 7 months ago. We did put in a few offers before one was accepted, but it was smooth sailing from there and I am very happy with my home.
Jeff Link currently has our house as a rental, he is the property manager and realtor who sold me the home. Our fence blew down and I figured it would be a nightmare. Jeff sent out letter explaining the process and he would be obtaining two bids and we could split the cost if it was okay with us. Of course we picked the lowest of the two bids and the process was quick and easy. Awesome customer service.
Ronnie and Jeff are the best Real Estate agents anyone could ever ask for! They were able to get me and my wife multiple offers on our property including one above full ask on the first day I listed the property with them. I have also used them to purchase two properties and my experience could not have been better.

We were in the 140,000 to 170,000 which is probably the hottest price range by far in the area. We were being beat out by everyone because of our VA loan. We must have looked at 40 homes and offered on over 10. We finally found our dream home and the long wait must have been a sign.
