I have been here since May 2024 and the maintenance is amazing. Keep up the great work!! Often when I put in the work request, its fixed within a day. On the rare case, it took a few days. Anyways, I have heard many horror stories from other places and I am happy with this place. No complaints other than maybe the elevator sometimes takes awhile. I feel safe even at night. I’ve lived here for 5 years and the best thing that ever happened was Cornerstone taking over!!! It was a nightmare originally. There are still hiccups like the elevator breaking, fobs & doors not working/breaking, garage door breaking, PEOPLE/CONSTRUCTION CONSTANTLY BLOCKING alley way & entry way to garage, etc. It has gotten A LOT better and Tim the new maintenance man is the best! Building is solid, mail room is a mess, packages consistently get stolen. Would look for another building if you want a secure mail situation and not have to beat thieves to the mail room every day. There also has been an issue in the past with people getting their storage units broken into so that's a fun time.
New management has really turned this place around. They are good at communicating when it’s needed. The units are also pretty spacious for the price
Cornerstone actually knows how to manage a property. Thank you for taking this over! Greatly appreciated and the effort is noticed.
