Terrible experience, I went in to have my pants repaired and they insisted on me paying upfront which I’ve never done before saying stuff like what if you don’t pick up your $300 pair of pants, so I went ahead and did it reluctantly. Then they told me to pick them up on Tuesday at 3 PM, I arrive on Tuesday at 3 PM and my pants are sitting right there but the alterations woman is repairing someone else’s garment not my pants and they are telling me to come back in 24 hours.
