My experience with Linh’s Bridal was incredibly frustrating. Communication was poor, and their lack of time management made the wedding process far more stressful than it needed to be. They even sent me home with a strap that was close to snapping — thankfully we had a sewing kit and were able to fix it ourselves. My bustle also didn’t hold up. I had a wonderful experience at Linh’s Bridal! I bought a dress and then lost 50 pounds so I was swimming in it. She was able to alter it down (I believe she said she took it in 5 or so inches) and it looked incredible. I dropped it off about 10 weeks before my wedding to ensure there was no rush. She hemmed it, added a bustle, and added straps all for a very reasonable price. Linh is also the sweetest woman ever! I would recommend her to anyone

Didn’t listen to my concerns at all at the initial appointment or at the follow up appointment to pick up my dress which was only 2 days before the wedding mind you. My dress didn’t fit day of the wedding and ruined a big part of the day. I will never go back.

Getting a black wedding dress was a task itself, but finding something black and the style I want? Very tall order here. Well, Linh filled that order and made me the most beautiful custom dress that had a corset, a cape, lace, AND pockets! She was so kind and listened to everything I wanted.
