Getting a black wedding dress was a task itself, but finding something black and the style I want? Very tall order here. Well, Linh filled that order and made me the most beautiful custom dress that had a corset, a cape, lace, AND pockets! She was so kind and listened to everything I wanted. We had a great experience with Lihn’s Bridal in Oklahoma City! The quality of their products is excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable. Brian, the owner, provides exceptional customer service, and Anna was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Everyone in our wedding party was very happy with their suits — they looked sharp and fit perfectly. I’m so glad we chose Lihn’s Bridal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality formalwear.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I called the day before to see if I needed an appointment and was told no. I show up today from out of town with my family and was told we could only look and would need an appointment to try anything on that they were super busy right now... while we were the only ones in the store. Then she walked off and never said anything the entire time. Horrible customer service to the point I would not come back even if we did find a dress we liked.

The customer service and atmosphere was top of the line. I went to get measured for a suit with no idea what to expect. The lady had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you do have to wait for whatever reason, keep yourself entertained with all the cool Lego builds and other unique decorations.
