Dr. Moran is very friendly, and does walk through everything she does with her patients. Which is much appreciated! Where I had trouble is that I felt under-informed on the potential negative side effects of the Mirena IUD. I went into the appointment expecting pain with insertion, but basically good to go after. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case at all. I had severe cramping almost to passing out in my car/ very lightheaded. They gave me some water and a snack before I left, which did help.
