The front desk receptionists are truly unprofessional and rude. Like other reviews have stated, they have a lack of patience and do not know how to communicate politely. A pediatricians office should be positive and respectful, while these receptionists have made it anything but. They answer phone calls with annoyance and speak to patients passive aggressively. 從來沒遇到過那麼沒有禮貌的員工 rudest front desk people i’ve ever met in my life. have been with dr. zeng since i was little but will be switching to a different pcp because of the nasty attitude of the workers. i work in a medical clinic too so i know what it’s like to deal w/ patients all day. but the workers here are rude to EVERYONE. god forbid you ask them a question. they’ll give you an annoyed tone as if it isn’t their job to help patients. i almost feel bad for them because u can tell they hate their job so much. you know, maybe yo... read more
