從來沒遇到過那麼沒有禮貌的員工 rudest front desk people i’ve ever met in my life. have been with dr. zeng since i was little but will be switching to a different pcp because of the nasty attitude of the workers. i work in a medical clinic too so i know what it’s like to deal w/ patients all day. but the workers here are rude to EVERYONE. god forbid you ask them a question. they’ll give you an annoyed tone as if it isn’t their job to help patients. i almost feel bad for them because u can tell they hate their job so much. you know, maybe yo... read more
