The overall experience was amazing! From the receptionist to the assistant to Dr.Kong, they were all friendly and understanding! Highly recommend!
Dr. Kong was knowledgeable and friendly when my daughter and I first visited for a consultation about her underdeveloped tear duct. We scheduled the surgery for June 2024, and on the day of the procedure, Dr. Kong warmly greeted our family and performed the surgery in a professional and timely manner. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here! Dr Kong is very unprofessional and rude. First visit to the office she got in my face and told me my daughter’s eyes are the way they are because mine are like that and that I needed to stop trying to get her into glasses. This was our first time ever seeing an ophthalmologist.
