I live in Florida but visit Linger at least once a year when I visit Denver. I always have a great experience. I know they're always crowded and this past Sunday I made a reservation. However, I messed up and actually made it for Monday. The host was very nice and managed to accomodate my party of five with just a short wait time. The food was delicious as usual. We were really looking forward to this place and high hopes. Food is high-quality and fresh, but just uninspired in its flavors. It’s solid, but not a star.
I ordered the breakfast Bahn mi. Good sandwich, however I chose the add egg option for $2. They put 1 fried egg in the middle where they cut the sandwich in half... wtf am I supposed to do with that? One half the sandwich had an egg, and the other didn’t. For $2, really!?!?!?
Nice place, nice waiter! I can’t remember the name but he was amazing! Desserts and sangria are marvelous!! It’s a MUST!! All personal is warming and nice... CONGRATS Linger!! I’ll be back soon! 😃
