I've ordered items from Lingenfelter in the past but have never been by their facility. I went to Cars and Coffee this morning and had a great time. Sales staff outside was very pleasant to talk to. I will be ordering more parts in the future. It was a great opportunity to see their facility and meet some of the workers. I highly recommend.
I have no idea why this company has a 4.4 rating. Their communication is absolutely terrible. It’s so bad it makes you feel like you’re getting screwed in one way or another. I don’t understand. Why not keep your customer up to date. They have had my parts for 9 weeks. Said they were sending them 9 days ago. When asked for a tracking number there was no answer.
