This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. They have no clue what that means. I waited for 8 months for a C6 ZR1 snout and continually got the run around from them. One excuse after another, come to find out that they were nit making any snouts. It was the last part i was waiting for to do my build. I finally said I’m out, and my tuner went ahead and ported/polished my stock snout. I ordered a C6 intake system back in June. Never received it. I called in September and just the runaround from a salesmen from Lingenfelter saying it would ship out in a couple weeks. NEVER GOT IT. I placed the order through Texas Speed took my order, and they are really easy to work with, but Lingenfelter is a shit company. No customer service at all. They don't even respond to my emails. My order number is L650070105
In beginning of 2025, I spent $50k to have a 427 put into my C8, a new exhaust and other items. Process and service was exceptional; car runs great. Then the aftermarket valence around the exhaust began to melt and warp in July 2025. It is now November 2025 and I don’t have a replacement valence, nor a time scheduled to have it replaced AND I can’t get a return call or text from this organization.
