Emailed and called over a month ago with a question regarding a part I paid 3k for just to ask a couple questions and still have not heard back from them. They'll sell ya the part but the customer service after the fact is sh**
STAY FAR AWAY FROM LINGENFELTER. Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told it would be 5 months before they could get my car in. It's been almost a year, have gone through 4 salespersons since October, and they're beating around the bush to get me my refund. They say one thing, then do nothing. I have no idea how they're still in business unless it's by taking deposits, never doing work, and never paying back the deposit.
Dropped in for the July Cars & Coffee. It was smaller than I expected, but there were a handful of other events going on in the area.
