My first time at Lingard Day Centre, what a magnificent team working on Monday 20/4/26. So helpful, professional & caring. Made me feel so at ease, explained everything thoroughly & asked if I had any questions don’t hesitate to ask.Kept checking on me the whole time not left sitting wondering what would happen next. Lovely clean & respectful staff. Well done all.
This business is an offshoot of Lingard Private Hospital which happens to be just across the road. It provides the same top level of service which Novocastrians have come to expect.
Thankyou so much to all staff . I had an exceptional experience here for my hand surgery yesterday. Everyone was so kind the facility was excellent and my care was exceptional. I have had surgery at many private hospitals but this facility far outweighs them all. Thankyou again .
Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at this facility.All the staff were so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble!! Facilities are spotless!! Highly recommend!!
