This business is an offshoot of Lingard Private Hospital which happens to be just across the road. It provides the same top level of service which Novocastrians have come to expect.
Thankyou so much to all staff . I had an exceptional experience here for my hand surgery yesterday. Everyone was so kind the facility was excellent and my care was exceptional. I have had surgery at many private hospitals but this facility far outweighs them all. Thankyou again .
Absolutely FANTASTIC experience at this facility.All the staff were so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble!! Facilities are spotless!! Highly recommend!!
Had a gastroscopy here last week and the day hospital seemed modern and clean, the place was chill with lots of nurses to patient ratio, felt very well cared for, the nurses were really nice, and my team happily wore masks at my request as I'm vulnerable to long covid. Overall was a better experience than Warners Bay private due to the extra nurse care + extra little details like biscuits and coffee given with the post procedure sandwich, hot blankets etc. Toilets could have benefitted from more frequent cleaning but weren't... read more
This is my second time at Lingard Day Surgery and both admission and discharge nurses were so amazing. Very caring and friendly.
