Thankyou so much to all staff . I had an exceptional experience here for my hand surgery yesterday. Everyone was so kind the facility was excellent and my care was exceptional. I have had surgery at many private hospitals but this facility far outweighs them all. Thankyou again .

Had a gastroscopy here last week and the day hospital seemed modern and clean, the place was chill with lots of nurses to patient ratio, felt very well cared for, the nurses were really nice, and my team happily wore masks at my request as I'm vulnerable to long covid. Overall was a better experience than Warners Bay private due to the extra nurse care + extra little details like biscuits and coffee given with the post procedure sandwich, hot blankets etc. Toilets could have benefitted from more frequent cleaning but weren't... read more
This is my second time at Lingard Day Surgery and both admission and discharge nurses were so amazing. Very caring and friendly.
i had a small procedure today and to say the staff were LOVELY, is an understatement. i am autistic and once they found out i was overstimulated and struggling to cope, they moved me to a quiet, dark room on a bed. another note; i had piercings that needed to be removed for the procedure. and the staff made sure to get my jewellery back to me as soon as possible. keeping them in the little baggy right next to me. thanks to them i got to keep a small part of me that makes me, me. they were trying their best to make everyone’s... read more
