Dr Yoon performed lower back surgery on me and the results so far are outstanding

Dr Quinn is talented and thorough but she could improve her compassion and caring.

Refused to do Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus diagnostic tests diagnosed by referring ENT. Refused to allow Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus diagnostic tests diagnosed by Neuro Psychologist. Refused to honor neuro surgeon request for second opinion. Delayed my recovery by over a year.
Really listens to his patients and explores their individual problem and needs. Staff is helpful and friendly. Never waited longer than 15 minutes
Dr. Li is very easy to talk to and she's very understanding of your questions. Very nice and very punctual.
He has a giant ego, an abhorrent bedside manner, and asked for imaging I wasn't told to bring. He was skeptical and rude about my prior surgeries, saying that they seem to be unnecessary and "controversial". Before surgery, four other surgeons agreed I needed surgery. I had also exhausted all other options from injections to PT to meds. He said he's "conservative" with surgery, accusing other well respected doctors of the opposite. He used jargon I didn't understand. He offered no help or hope.
I've had 3 esophageal endoscopy performed by him for my Barrett's Esophagus only because I thought he was the best. My 1st procedure he seemed to almost scold me for having to perform the procedure. I thought maybe I'm catching him on a bad day. My 2nd procedure...right before I go under his nurse says something very rude to me. 3rd procedure I didn't want done, but it was an endoscopy that needed to be done and they called him because he was my last GA Dr. He was pissed that I smiled at him in the ER, scolded me for it and ... read more
