I went into the store twice and a lovely lady called Lisa assisted me on both occasions. The 2nd time I wanted some king size bed sets which were on the top shelf. I asked the 2 ladies on the cash desk to assist me and they called out for Lisa and they continued their conversation, very rude and unhelpful ladies. They need some training or firing
