I had a wonderful experience. My salesperson was Lisa and was amazing. She didn’t rush me, push me and took her time. It was fantastic to get real customer service. I also dealt with a young, long dark haired manager who was all very good. I’d recommend the store and her to anyone!!!
The Elsie online bot is useless and when I found a way to talk to a real person at this store, the girl on the phone immediately put me on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. I called three other stores and they all gave me the same treatment. I ordered an item Feb 18, 2025. It had an estimated ship out date of July 31, 2025. It still hasn’t arrived and there is no tracking number.
I had an AMAZING shopping experience and great customer service at this store. I went in hoping to find a plain steel trash can for my bedroom and unfortunately they didn’t have anything like that. However, one of their sales associates, Lisa went above and beyond in helping me find other suitable alternatives, which were quite stylish and at a reasonable price.
