It was a pleasure dealing with the employees of the Linen chest im Dartmouth. Linda’s professionalism was outstanding and, when a mistake was made on my part, the problem was solved promptly by Michelle, the manager. I am very grateful to both of them.

I stood in line for over 20 mins to purchase 2 curtain rods. Insane. The cashier called for somebody. Nobody came. 1 employee walked by and said.. "we're not trained for cash!" I said is there anybody else... She said no. So In a two level store... you have 1 person who is trained on cash, and just multiple employees walking around? Ive never experienced anything like this before. My time is important and if this is the way this business operates, I'll have to look elsewhere. Sorry

I bought a tonne of stuff here at Christmas! Gifts as well as for myself. All amazing. EXCEPT I bought an 800 dollar coffee machine. Big purchase. These days I'm not worried about buying something because most stores take returns without issue. I think Costco started it and most retailers had to match that level of customer service. NOT Linen Chest! Lol. This machine ia to big for our kitchen. I never thought of this the machine isnt the easiest to use. Its not the right one for us. It works fine no defects, just not a purch... read more

Not very friendly or approachable, I am a bi racial woman and when I went into the store it felt like no one wanted to assist. I went to walk up to a girl to ask for help and she walked away. Terrible customer service.
