Not very friendly or approachable, I am a bi racial woman and when I went into the store it felt like no one wanted to assist. I went to walk up to a girl to ask for help and she walked away. Terrible customer service.

I went to this store today December 28 at noon. Two people on cash. One declining with a return and one dealing with a large order. No one in the store to assist customers. You don’t mind taking our cash but don’t want to put staff on. Hello it’s going to be busy. I will shop elsewhere
I went to the cash laid my item down to pay then stood there while the two cashiers completely ignored me. I was baffled. I just walked out. The bare minimum of acknowledgeing a customer seemed too much for them. No wonder I've lost interest in shopping in stores. People suck.
Went to the Mic Mac location and had one of their associates, Kate, help me. Besides being very professional, she helped find what I was looking for, and went above and beyond in providing great customer service.
