Sorry to say that Linen Chest (dartmouth). Has lost a good customer and maybe those i know. I was excited to try the store and there was a good sale. My 94 yr old father wanted a heavy duvet. On the way there, in the mall, he had a very bad fall.... No ones fault. But it meant i would be buying it without him seeing or approving. Explained this to the lady working, who recommended one he could try for one night and if it didnt work, no problem returning. On sale, it was $160. I am a bit upset in this untrustworthy society… I did not have the correct receipt for my return. I did have all the ones for the order, just not the one for my credit card. After waiting twice, I was basically told that they were not going to give me even a store credit, as I may have stolen the 4 turquoise bath mats. 65 year old grandmother, somehow hauling *ss out of their store with those tucked where? Did not make my day!
