I was there the other day, and had the most amazing experience. I had left this errand to the last minute, and came in with about 10 minutes before they closed. They saw that I was "on a mission" and helped me find the towel section quickly. I want to give a particular shout out to Raheela Shakeeba who really went over and above in helping me get exactly what I was looking for! Also, these towels are so soft and fluffy!! I highly recommend the euro spa brand that they carry!

I went to this location this afternoon to buy some wooden plates and towels. First, the towel I wanted to purchase was apparently priced wrong and the cashier made such a big deal and said I wasn’t allowed to get it for the price that it was marked. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but that shorter lady with the long hair and glasses was absolutely unprofessional. I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. While I was able to purchase what I needed and received helpful assistance from one of the staff members, I was disappointed with the behavior of another employee. After I politely declined her offer of help, I noticed her at the counter speaking about me and laughing, all while I was standing nearby. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
